Privacy Policy

Free Macro Tracker (The “App”) is an offline-first application that stores information about it’s user and his or her’s interactions with the App (The “Data”), including but not limited to:

• Body weight and height
• Body fat percentage
• Age
• Sex
• Information about the level of physical activity
• Daily Nutritional Goals of the user
• User generated content such as Recipes and a log of daily consumption reported by the user
• Nutritional data of foods as reported by the user

The Data is stored on the user’s device and may be viewed, exported, deleted or changed freely by the user, either via the App or by the operating system which runs the App.

The App doesn’t not send or share any part of the aforementioned Data without prior user consent.

The FMT website and some of the resources used by the App itself (The “App Resources”), are hosted on servers owned and operated by Google, LLC (The “External Servers”).

Loading the App triggers fetching operations over HTTPS which are sent to these External Servers, and may expose your IP Address and other information associated with making these operations (The “Information”).

The author of the App and website (The “Author”) is NOT responsible for anything the owners and operators of any external server may do with this Information and how such information is treated or stored.

The Author is not responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the App Resources hosted on these servers, nor for any type of corruption that may occur in them - either of intentional (by hackers for example), unintentional or any other nature.

The user of the App and/or website must acknowledge and consent to this privacy policy, and is considered to be doing so by actively using the App and/or website.
